Pryor’s Theory of Doors

First Statement of Pryor’s Theory of Doors: If two people, one knowing Pryor’s Theory of Doors and the other ignorant of said treatise, approach two doors, one locked and the other unlocked, and simultaneously attempt to gain admittance via opening their particular door, the person knowing Pryor’s Theory of Doors will invariably and unerringly choose the locked door.

Corollary, the First: If a person knowing Pryor’s Theory of Doors approaches a set of two doors, both closed, but one locked and the other unlocked, said sad person will invariably and unerringly chose to attempt to open the locked door first.
