How about we start attracting more minority students toward appropriate education goals sooner… and show them what opportunities they will have if they participate?

A rising tide should raise ALL ships.

THAT is the beauty of laissez faire capitalism when practiced radically: everyone has the opportunity to experience TRUE equality if they participate and apply themselves. EVERYONE wins!
